All 'n all diet products are a waste of money. There is no such thing as quick weightloss. The only way to lose weight is lifestyle change and hard work. Just stop eating processed food, and no diet foods....they only have more chemicals than you can shake a stick at. Fresh fruits and veggies, cut back on the breads.....exersice, and weight training will make your body shrink. You have to turn your fat into muscle mass, and that's the only way to do it.

Any pill with aphedra (I think I speeled that right) will rapedly waste away the pounds. However, aphedra has been taken off the market "This really ticks me off." But if you look around you may be able to find it off the internet.

It may tick you off tandy, but Ephedra has been struck off by the FDA for some very good reasons,
It has been linked to a number of health issues and was at the centre of an investigation following the death of a ball player found to have high levels of it in his body.
I have discovered from personal experience that the only effective way to lose weight is by the method suggested by smackie9, it is amazing how quickly you will lose weight when you eat good vegitables and lean meat, kick the junk food and the soft, sweet processed food, and get on your bike or do gym. Get over Diet Pills!

Layren,
I do not think you have any right to tell me to get over diet pills.. I do not take diet pills..I run 3.5 miles a day and only consume under 1300 calories a day. I am in great health and am physically fit.
As far as the reasons Ephedra was taken off of the market was yes a few people have died while taking it "BUT" they were not taking it as directed they were taking way more the directed and that caused heart falliar.. Also, one or two of these people were also know to have just before taking the Ephedra had also drank a energy drink. And then they over exerted themselves in the heat.
And yes I have taken Ephedra. I did not take it on a regular basis but it was nice to have the opption to be able drop a couple of pounds in a coule of days when I felt like I wanted to!
Most medications can kill you if not taken as directed so why should the government be able to dictate what I can and can not put into by body..Cigaretts are still legal and they kill hundreds of people every day..What a dozen or so people have died from "neglecTful" use of Ephedra?
Please..

Whoa guys hold on here.....weight loss and how you do it has always been a touchy subject. But diet pills are only a quick fix and not for the long term. If you feel you have to take them to shed a few pounds on demand, well that's your business. But you should try different avenues that are healthy, like kicking your workout up a notch and join a bootcamp, or a step class, you know do something that's fun. But I still swear by doing some weight training....I lost 3 inches off my waist and inches off everywhere else in less than 2 months.

Hi catwoman,
There may be many diet pills available in the market out there. But using these pills may harm your health. Some of them might have used and found a good result but they will have noticed the later effects of that pills in the future.
So, what I advise you is not use those unsafe pills instead,
1. Do you believe that exercise should be hard work in order to lose weight?
In fact, the more we sweat the less fat our body tends to burn off!!
2. To burn fat effectively you should be able to hold a conversation during a workout
3. Drink plenty of water

| I tryed many diet no carb, low fat, non fat, fatburn etc. What happend? I last couple of pounds and I gained back more. Now I finally find a juice blend, which stops hunger for chocolate sweet stuffs, and my energy level is in the sky. Somehow it is working differently, because I feel my body healthy, energized, and happy. |
