| My boyfriend is the total meat and potato kinda guy....however im trying to loose some weight...is there anything that i can cook for the both of us that will satify his appetite and still be lower in cals for me...i hate cooking two meals...[addsig] |

Hi,
I always find that being a vegetarian can help shed some weight. Like that you're not cooking more, but you're just eating a larger portion of the veggies! And keep the carbs under control as well: ie bread and rice.[addsig] |

| Why not try doing some activities together to get some exercise too. Like hiking, going for a walk after dinner, join a exercise boot camp....it's all the rage here in Canada.[addsig] |
