I just experimented last night heres what I did, and it was soo yummy.
Heres what I used:
-Two boneless chicken breasts
-1/2 cup of red wine
-1/4 cup of water
-small amount of italian seasoning
-little bit of kraft sundried tomato salad dressing
-small red potatoes
-red onion
-and your choice of veggies.
-two-five table spoons of butter
-1/8 cup of brown sugar

First take your potatoes and slice them into quarters, then put them in a steamer, sprinkle them with italian seasoning and cook till they are the perfect softness. roughly 15 minutes

Then take your two boneless chicken breasts and put them in a frying pan, brown them slightly and then pour in your water, wait five minutes and then add the red wine. simmer until fully cooked. Once they are cooked pour a little bit of kraft sundried tomato salad dressing on it till browned.

While the chicken is cooking take your red onion and slice it in thin strips set aside. Take a another frying pan and melt your butter, once melted add brown sugar and stir. Once mixed add your red onions, simmer for 5-10 minutes, then set aside. when potatoes are finished cover them with these yummy caramilized onions

Cook your choice of veggies!

I took this to a potluck at work today, and everyone wanted the recipe!

Embarrassingly Easy Almond Brittle
1. Prepare a pie plate by lining it with foil and setting it on a heatproof surface.
2. Melt a stick of butter (not margarine) over medium high heat in a heavy skillet.
3 Add 1/2 cup sugar.
4. Add 1 cup slivered almonds.
5. Stir constantly until golden.
6. Pour into prepared plate and level.
7. Let cool, peel off foil and break into chunks.[addsig]

I create most of my own recipes, and this is one of my family's favorites:

Silky Chicken Corn Chowder

1 Stick Margarine
2 teaspoons Garlic - chopped
? Cup ? 1 Cup Chopped Onion
? Cup Bell pepper (green, red, yellow, or a little of each) ? finely chopped
? Cup Sundried Tomatoes ? finely chopped
Flour
Sea Salt
Coarse Ground Black Pepper
Basil
Celery Flakes
Parsley
Tabasco
1 Cup Chicken Stock
2? 16 oz Bags of Frozen Corn
2 Pounds Chicken, cooked and deboned
4 Potatoes, cubed
? Gallon Milk
1 Carton Sour Cream

Cook the potatoes until they are slightly soft but still firm. Remove from heat and drain. Set aside.

In a very large soup pot, melt the margarine. Sautee the garlic, onion, bell pepper and tomatoes until wilted. You can add more garlic, onion, bell pepper or tomato if you want more flavor.

Add the salt, pepper, basil, celery, parsley and Tabasco to taste. Add about a tablespoon of flour to the mixture and add flour until you have a very pasty base. Add the chicken stock and stir until it is silky and smooth.

Add the corn and cook over a medium heat until the mixture begins to boil. Stir in the chicken, potatoes and milk. Stir well and stir often as you bring the mixture to a boil.

Once the chowder reaches boiling, add the sour cream and stir until it is silky.

Serve with hard, crusty rolls. You can top with a little grated cheese.

Fat Cutting Options:
Use Chicken breasts, a lite or fat free margarine, skim milk and fat free sour cream.
