I have been suffering from acne problems and sometimes they really get worse. I have tried many of the anti-acne products available but I am not satisfied with them as I feel that the results they give are just a matter of time. Can anyone suggest me a good remedy for this?

I think that you might check with a doctor.
Someone told me that a drug is now made for this.
Perhaps an injection.

This is just one of the most basic problems that most people encounter. I too had been through this and I am really happy to say that it was just a passing affair. I had tried a lot of remedies unless I used Clearly Gone . This product definitely suits your problem as you can see the results as you use it. This is just my opinion as I can feel your pain of being troubled by acne problems and would be happy that someone is relieved by the problem which had troubled me.

I have suffered with acne pretty much for most of my life and it had only gotten worse. I found something that really does work and you only need it when you start to feel a break out coming on. It Panoxyl 5. It's just a bar of soap and you leave it on for about 2 mins before you rinse off. Within a few days you will see a difference. I also use an anti aging cream with 8% glycolic acid called Reversa. I use that daily and the break outs are not as bad.

There are lots of things that might cause acne. In my case, unfortunately, it's hormonal. I have problems with acne since I was 13 or so. First of all, how old are you? Are you using birth control pills? How's your diet? What's your complexion type - oily? Dry?

Here's my situation and the solution I've encountered:
I'm in my 30s, have a very oily complexion. I found that taking birth control pills actually helps clearing up my acne also controls the oil sebum production. My best acne topical medication is benzoil peroxide. Glycolic acid and all that somehow clogged my pores, instead of clearing them. The topical medication that I'm using right now is Acne Free. It's a cheaper version of ProActiv (just can't afford those for a long term medication!). I only use the cleanser (purifying cleanser) and the acne lotion (repair lotion). You can easily find these at your local drugstore if you live in the US.

You might want to take a closer look of the makeup products you put on (from face to hair products). Most acne suferers are happy with mineral powder - but of course everybody is different. Lots of trials and errors, unfortunately.

Good luck! Smile

Oily skin is a blessing in disguise. It actually keeps the wrinkles away as you age.

In order to effectively treat acne, you need to be aware of what factors can cause or aggravate your condition. You've no doubt heard the common myths that eating chocolate or oily foods causes acne.
While a healthy diet is recommended, there is no one specific food that causes acne outbreaks. Learning to recognize the facts from the myths is essential when dealing with acne.

Hi,

I've suffered from severe facial acne in the past years and I've tried different ways to cure my acne.

Try the following tips can help in curing your acne:

(1) Drink lots of water everyday because water removes toxins and impurities out of your body which can be responsible for the swelling of acne.

(2) Avoid oily and fatty foods which can cause your acne to degenerate.

(3) Get adequate sunlight because when your skin is exposed to natural sunlight, the healing rays of natural sunlight will dry your acne up.

(4) Have a proper diet which includes lots of fruits and vegetables for a healthy and glowing skin.

(5) Exercise regularly like jogging and do simple exercises.

(6) Whenever you have the opportunity, go to a beach resort and swim in the sea. Salty water and being exposed to the sun at the same time will just do good to your acne problems but don't overexpose yourself though.

(7) Get adequate sleep because lack of sleep can contribute to acne and make you more prone to pimples and zits.

(8 ) Avoid scratching acne because there will be times when your face might be itchy mostly when the acne is healing up. Also, rubbing your face and the acne is risky because your hands might have dirt which can worsen your acne.

(9) Avoid excessive stress because stress is thought to be one of the biggest contributors to the formation of acne. To understand how stress plays a major part in acne development, picture this. Your body reacts to stress by releasing hormones from your adrenal glands. One of these hormones is testosterone and the latter stimulates your pore to produce more oil.

Hope this helps,
Christy.

Many of us suffer from pimples/acne and blackheads and they really mar facial appearance. With age these problems worsen your appearance. A simple home made remedy for this is applying a mixture that’s made up of equal quantities of glycerine, lime juice and rose water on the skin before going to sleep. It’s quite effective!

You should wash your face in the morning and before you go to bed, and make sure that you are gentle with your skin. Anything from acne to a sore throat can be helped by honey,
