I always carry a panic alert device with me.
I just got an iPhone and was wondering if there are any decent apps that I could use instead of having to carry my phone and panic alert device too.
There are so many apps out there, its hard to know?

There are several apps on iTunes that might suit you.
My personal favorite and the one I switch on whenever I'm alone in a dodgy area is called ShakeAlert.
What I like about ShakeAlert is the there is no fumbling for buttons to activate the
alarm.
You simply shake the phone when you feel threatened and a siren goes off.

Alarms do nothing, but pepper spray does.
