Hello everyone,
I?ve started taking my maternity leave and I?m considering not going back. Can I do that? Am I allowed to quit after straight receiving my maternity pay? Please help.

Hi,
Actually yes. I did it myself(!) According to the site
www.simply-docs.co.uk/InformationPage.aspx?informationPageID=619
you can just end your employment immediately after your maternity leave claiming all your maternity pay. You?re covered by the employment laws for pregnancy, so fight for your maternity leave rights!!!
Good luck... |

| Yes you should have many resposibilities after maternity,so you cant work for some months or years. Therefore its better to take leave after delivery. You can ask many maternity or parenting doubts to social networking site,chennaimoms.com because i got many best answers to my questions regarding kids and pregnancy.Hope it will be useful to you too. |
