i weighted 217lbs and now am down to 183lbs. I work out 3times a week and try to watch what i eat. I am also taking slim fast. For the first time in my life since having both my kids i feel more comfortable with my body. I have started wearing tighter fitted clothing. Heres my problem, I have heard other woman making commets about me, my clothing , that i look to young to have a older kid. I don't dress like a slut , i just wear more fitting jeans and nice tops. One lady even screamed out her truck your no mother. I never had this problem when i was over weight. I think that if anything i just carry myself better now.[addsig]

That is a terrible thing for people to say!!! First of all, it doesn't matter what other people say as long as you feel good about yourself. But how old are you? I think pictures would be a good idea to send a pic of how you dress day to day and how you do your hair/make up so we can give you honest feedback. [addsig]

As you said that you are quit satisfied with your weight, but you want to maintain it. So I would like to suggest you to have a look on Mark Patrick's program. The programs are just incredible and a new way to get better health. I hope that you would love to know about this.

There are lots of Nutrition Shake availabe, one of them is Herbalife Nutrition Shake Mix. It is based on Cellular Nutrition. It comes in the form of powder you need to mix with juice or any liquid and give the person. It has everything which body requires.

the way i look at it is this, no matter what you look like, dress like, act like you will never be able to impress everyone or be approved by everyone, so just do what makes you feel best, and try not to worry about what other people say. i found that when i lost 30 lbs (which i have put all back on *sniff* haha) that alot of my friends seemed to discourage me, well let me refraise this not so much alot of my friends it was all my friends that had tryed to lose weight and didnt manage to do so, so maybe its that sort of a situation. but either way who cares people will always talk no matter what, so as long as your happy i wouldnt worry about it, and congrats for loseing the weight!!!

That’s one of the most common questions teens ask, and no wonder. Almost 25 percent of adolescents are already overweight or even obese (harsh word, but true) by medical standards. Extra weight gain often starts in puberty, and overweight teens are very likely to remain overweight as adults..

Picking up the foods for your diet can be hard because there are some that you've grown to love that will be eradicated while there are other food items that you will be asked to try. Whatever it is, just follow the tip in the particular quick weight loss diets that you've chose to pursue.

Eat healthfully! Three meals a day! Cut down on sugar and fat... eat lots of whole grains... and exercise at least 30-45 minutes a day 3-5 days a week (depending on how much weight you'd like to lose)

And don't forget to take a multi vitamin so you can make sure your body is getting all the nutrients it need... and drink LOTS of water (no sodas try not to drink too much juice because it has a lot of sugars in it)

That's it I think... good luck!

Hi!

You can try to wear a corset regularly and frequently combined with a health diet and exercise, which may contribute to permanent waist reduction and weight loss.

With the stomach restricted, one simply cannot take in as much food as usual. The restriction can slow eating down, thereby allowing one to feel full before overeating. The corset can therefore be an effective adjunct to a weight control program.

However, a corset alone is not a proper weight loss program. I highly recommend this be done with proper nutrition and exercise under the supervision of your physician.
