| As I move into my forties, I find myself getting more and more tense, nervous and jittery even about trivial matters. I get worried and anxious even with the small things like family members coming home late, the kids’ not getting great results in school. The palms of my hands and the soles of my feet start sweating and I feel so stressed and really down. I need a remedy. |

Make time for yourself. You seriously need to detach yourself from family, husband, being a mom, etc and find your identity again. Taking up an interest that gets you out of the house a few times a week is a perfect way to relieve the stress. You've spent the last 20 years plus doing things for others and forgetting about you. You are so ready for some "ME" time.
When I want some "ME" time I go for a run. It costs nothing, relieves stress, clears my head and keeps me in shape. |

It seems for me that you are tired of life in general and don't feel support. Sweating soles of feet indicates that. Do you see future after your forties?
Consider this as a sign from the Universe which telling you need a change in the way you treat yourself and others. |
