I only have one thing to add to this conversation. While you're young, and while you're creating your relationships...make it a point NOT to lie to eachother about masturbation. Don't be ashamed of it. Make it a part of your lives together. It's always going to have it's place in your life. Trust me. I'm 47 years old and my wife is in her early 40's. It's awesome to be able to be open and unashamed of the fact that you masturbate when it comes to your partner.
My wife told me when I came home from work yesterday that she masturbated 3 times...we both laughed and she said that she needed a "stress-free" day and that's exactly what she had! Was I concerned about that? HECK NO!!!! I'm like "go for it".
Everyone (should) masturbates. It's healthy for your body. It's good for your mind and it feels excellent. It will help you in your sexual relationship with your spouse because you will be more effective at pleasing yourself and you can communicate that to him/her. It's just an all-around winner! Don't be ashamed of it at all!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Nearly all women masturbate, even though it's still not openly discussed. It's normal and healthy - it relaxes us, reduces pain, and releases serotonin (the feel-good neurotransmitter) into the brain.
I masturbate almost daily; frequently 2-4 times a day.
Relax and enjoy it, and hopefully find an open friend to discuss it with (something shared tends to lose its 'abnormal' factor). |

| So, this may sound odd, but, how exactly do you masterbate? I am pretty new to this kind of this, and I think I might want to give it a try.....so what is the best way to do it? Any ideas on how to? |

My god ladies, are you for real. OF COURSE masterbation is OK, not only that, it's wonderful and absolutely necessary. When you are alone, GO FOR IT. Find out what stimulates you and orgasm, LEARN how to orgasm. Then sex with you hubby or lover will get much better. Make him think he's great, when in fact, you're helping him out!!!
Don't worry about making him orgasm, it should be automatic and he will feel like a proud lion after you've been satisfied. You want to make him happy?? Fill his computer with the movies and TV shows he's been paying for for free.
I did this, put about 20 gig of movies and TV shows from HBO when he was away on business. When he came back he was psyched. We made love and I felt great, when he was no longer needed, I sent him to watch some movies and we were both happy. Try

They have all the movies and music you'll ever want there and they are all free.
