Just replace your sugar consumption with natural sweetener. Instead of putting sugar on your foods, try to put natural sweetener. It has low calorie and carbohydrate content so it is helpful to your goal to lose weight. Plus, it is healthier. Also, Exercise daily.

The only thing i would say that you should really need to take a proper care of your health. Ask your Boss if he can give you an alternate shift.
