Ok, I have mild to moderate acne, but the one thing I can't seem to get rid of is my acne scars. Does anyone recommend a good treatment? Just over the counter stuff, I really don't have the money for any of the high end treatments yet!! But after I graduate as a Medical Transcriptionist, I should be getting a decent income to help pay for some laser treatment. But in the mean time any suggestions are very helpful!!
Thank you!!

You have to make sure you drink a bunch of water to help cleanse your body. I did a program last year to help clear my skin that was more natural and focused on helping my liver get rid of toxins that were in my system. The doctor explained that when a lot of toxins are in your body and your liver is "backed up" the it will cause skin problems because that's a way that toxins leave (i.e. sweating, etc.)
It worked wonders for me and I have very clear skin on my face now. |

| There's a beauty product here in my country formulated with tretinoin and hydroquinone. It's a popular brand here 'coz it's really cheap. I use it the mildest form of it with 0.010% solution. It's great coz it helped me lessen breakouts and pimple scars, but as specified, one has to use sunscreen in the morning while you use it before sleep. |

| Avon has a great product called clear skin for acne. It cleared up my kids faces really fast and they had a bad case of acne. |

| My dermatologist put me on Novo-Spiroton. Acne gone! It's a medication normally used to stop facial hair growth in ladies who are postmenopausal and for high blood pressure. It blocks a certain hormone that also causes adult acne. The bonus part besides that it actually works, is that this medication is extremely inexpensive. Most dermatologists put you on anti-biotics which is not always effective, and some people like myself are very allergic. I didn't have much choice to put up with it for years. This past year on this new medication, the results have been amazing. |
