Obviously, women are not the only ones involved in the baby making business. Men and women both make babies. As women, we're unique because we incubate the babies that men and women make together. 
And while we're on the subject, lets not underestate the importance of making babies....what with the whole survival of the human race and all at stake. Is there anything more important?

Some women have perfected nagging as a form of artistic expression. No doubt, some women do nag and nag a lot... and so do some men. If your partner is nagging you, its a relationship issue, not a gender issue. The two of you need to sit down and work out your problems.

This is such a broad statement. How are we defining "better." Are we talking about IQ? emotional inteliigence? verbal skills? math skills? job skills? strength? what? you're going to need to narrow down your statement here, Destroyer, if you really want our opinions on your topic.
Overall, saying men are better than women (or even saying women are better than men) is ridiculous. There's way too much variability within each gender to judge one gender against another.
Blanket statement aside, this topic got responses, which is a good thing - even if you presented your topic in a backwoods chauvinistic manner.
