The biggest problem with the idea of “losing weight” in general is that you start doing workouts and diets because you don’t like how your body is right now. You want to look different. You want to feel better.

Dancing provides the same aerobic benefits of other cardio exercises plus it adds an uplifting emotional benefit. As what i heard from my fellow dancers.
