Hi, this is my first post, and I wont write something interesting.
I won't describe menstrual and ovulation calendars. I found little list of calendars, there is.

I don't like to use online calendars. It is slowly and unusable. I like when program is installed on my computer.
Ask for me I use Lady's Calendar. There is link - ***SPAM***
In this program I found all needed features, there is little list
1. Menstrual calendar.
2. Ovulation calendar.
3. Simple reminder.
4. Easy in use.
5. Really the best appearance.
This program has one problem - costs 30$, it is a lot for my country.
Which menstrual and ovulation calendar you use?
Please rewrite. |

I don't use an ovulation calendar, because there's no need to when taking an oral contraceptive.
I do, however use a menstrual calender which is very very subtle.
If you have a calendar, at all- whether personal or family- you're period cycle is normally every 28 days, so to speak. So from the day you start your period, 28 days after that day is when you're set to start your next.
What I do, usually- is take a colored pen and just place dots accordingly on the calendar. Red for when I actually get my period, and blacks for when I'm due.
It's helpful, not quite as expensive as 30 dollars, I wouldn't recommend using any sort of program for this sort of calendar that charges you money...
Hope this helps a bit. :] |

I agree entirely. There's no need to spend lots of money when a simple calendar will do (you can print one off the computer using 'Office').
Up until about 9 months ago I used to be so regular that I could almost predict when I was due months in advance (actually not quite as easily as that), but just recently I have been somewhat irregular so I use the same system as SalaxBunny.
Please don't be tempted into buying an expensive computer programme when there's no need. |
