Hi girls! I work nightshift in England and all i eat is Tomato soup and Brown bread when at work, and all i can say is the weight fell off me just have some juice in the morning then try that .

guys don't lose weight like women do...
besides, i don't think that drinking tomato soup only is healthy. what about the proteins? and i suppose you make your tomato soup with fresh tomatoes every day?

mybe it works with you but i don't think that will work with the rest because having just tomatoes is not right you must change your food every week withe rest vigitables... then your body lose weight and benifite vitamens...

Have the soup mainly at work when at home i'll have tuna in a jacket potato or sliced Turkey in a bun or something like that.

I think you should have three main meals just having all your food intake in one sitting is not a good idea.

Also try to get lots of sleep. Lack of sleep stresses the body and produces stress hormones which store weight.

I think eating small amounts throughout the day works well - and eat only when hungry! I agree with getting lots of sleep and regular exercise too!
