Hey

I have a quick question, I started my period on the 16th of may and ended the 22nd however since then there has been some days where i am spotting. However its not heavy at all very light, to the point where I dont require any thing such as a panty liner. I haven't had sex in a few months and have no idea what it could be alot of people tell me it can be stress related. Also alot of people I have questioned said it may have been a change in routine. The week i was on my period I had visitors and we went drinking and cludding and it was a big change from my usual week. Personally I dont think its any thing to worry about but Just looking for some insite.

Thanks Smile

Periods can be affected by a lot of things, stress can be a factor difference in diet if you are still concerned why not have a chat with your doctor.

Also if you are on the Pill, it could mean you need to change your prescription.
