| exercise and diet. Weight training and developing muscle is pretty much the only way.[addsig] |

I agree exercise and a healthy diet go a long way to helping. However i managed to really tone up by exercising regularly and eating healthily, but i still had really bad cellulite on my thighs and tried all sorts of home remedies to no avail! Then someone told me that rubbing ground coffee beans into my skin would help. I tried it and it sort of worked but it was very messy!I recently visited Waterfall Spa in Leeds where they do a treatment called 'coffee body wrap' . Its pretty much the same thinking, but much more pampering and enjoyable! It really worked, my cellulite is less noticeable and my skin feels gorgeous too!
If you live near leeds its well worth a try!If not im sure other spas will do a similar thing : )

Hi
Yes, there's several things you can do to get rid of cellulite including:
dry body brushing
drink plenty of water and herbal teas
leg exercises
applying a cellulite cream
There's some information at www.ridofcellulite.org
You can't just do one thing and stick to it though, you need to do the combination to increase blood circulation, flush toxins out, massage, and toning. If you just decide to pick one thing it's not going to work.

Cut down on salt. Drink a lot (of water), massage the area with cream every day after shower. Aerobics.
My God... is it worth it?[addsig] |

| exercices and less calorie diets are useful for people with extra weight, but i've seen on the beach many skinny women but with cellulit. that looks very wierd. i had acellulite and now i still have it but not much as before, i've quitted for myself soda, lemonade, chips, white bread, and tried to not use much salt in my food. i also have used anti-cellulite gel of johnson'n'johnson and it really helped me. i also ahave attended wrapping procedure with sea algaes. some clinics offer it, it's very effective way. |

| nivea makes stuff called "good bye cellulite". it's like a gel, and it works really well to REDUCE the visibility of cellulite! it works really well when you exercise and drink water. it's the only quick fix that i've found to work. |

guess what is in those gels from nivea and J&J? caffein! so it basically works like the coffee wrap describes above: it raises the temperature of the skin, it attempts to flush out toxins while it reduces the water pockets under the skin.
there is no "cure" and thats why the skinny ladies have cellulite too. but all the methods describes above help to improve the appearance. |

its two things - getting rid of actual cellulite and stopping the appearance of cellulite.
so all the points about exercise are true - but also make sure you also wear clothes that compliment your figure, show you to be sexy but dont show up the cellulite.
no more hot pants!
actually now that i think about it....no one should wear them! |

| cellulite is noticeable cuz it collects under your skin, massaging everyday is the best way to make it's appearance less noticeable |
